Easy No Bake Chewy Chocolate Balls


Alright here is a sweet treat with no added sugar.


one banana

one carrot

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp Cocoa

1/4 pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

6 dates

Enough shredded coconut to roll balls in


In a food processor finely chop carrots and pumpkin seeds, add in dates and finally banana. Blend until pieces are small and uniform.

In a bowl combine oats and cocoa and chia. Add in the other ingredients from the food processor and mix by hand until combined.

In another smaller bowl put shredded coconut.

Take large spoonfuls of chocolate mixture and form into balls with your hand and roll in coconut.

Place in a sealed container in fridge.


P.S. I really love the texture of these and it satiates my sweet tooth!
