Vegan Chocolate Pudding With Chia

This two ingredient vegan chocolate pudding is so delicious and I adore the texture.


1 to 1/2 cups Chocolate flavoured plant milk of your choice (examples are coconut or almond milk)

1/4 cup chia seeds


Using a spoon mix the chia seeds into the chocolate flavoured milk.

Chill in the fridge until thickened.  I do about 6 hours or so but over night would be super.

Take out of fridge and stir.

If it is too thick add a splash of the chocolate milk to create desired thickness.
