2 Ingredient Fudge (3 If You Wanna Get Fancy)

This recipe is for the potluck invite you forgot, the kid’s bake sale you didn’t find out about until it was bedtime or any time you want to look like a rock star on short notice.

No candy thermometer needed!

1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml size)

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Choose if you would like to add a topping I used crushed peppermints, but as an option you could crush up nuts, cookies, chocolate bars, swirl in a little peanut butter, leave it plain or use your imagination!

Warm sweetened condensed milk in a pot over low to medium heat stirring slowly but constantly.

When the condensed milk gets warm add the chocolate chips and keep stirring slowly and constantly so the mixture does not burn. Once you see the chocolate chips melt and the mixture looks smooth, quickly remove from heat and use a rubber spatula  to smooth it into a silicon baking square or a baking square lined with tinfoil or parchment paper. (This is just to make it easy to get the fudge out once it sets).

Once the fudge is into the baking square quickly add the topping of your choice on top. You can lightly pat the topping down a bit if you need to. This is the point you can use your artistic flair!

Chill in the fridge for an hour or so.

Cut into bite sized squares as this fudge is super rich!

Serve and enjoy!

That is it! How super easy was that?
